How Virtual Eyewear Styling Works

1. To express interest in a Virtual Eyewear Styling Consultation, begin by clicking the button below to Request A Virtual Consultation.

2. We will arrange a quick call to chat about the virtual process and determine if it is the right fit for you.

3. If it’s right for you, we will request that you complete a detailed Application Form.

This includes a Style Personality Questionnaire and requests information about your current glasses (if applicable), enabling us to gain insights into your eyewear style preferences and unique lifestyle needs.

4. After completing the Application Form, you will be prompted to make your payment (£125, which applies towards any frame purchase), and schedule your Virtual Eyewear Styling Experience.

5. Your Virtual Eyewear Styling Experience will be hosted digitally, via Zoom, and together we will review your Style Personality, Colour Type, Facial Structure & Features, and best suited frames in a private 60 minute session.

6. Following the private session, you will receive a summary of the personalised frame recommendations we discussed, along with a bonus style guide—Eyewear Styling Explained.

7. Any frame(s) you purchase will then be shipped to you promptly…and shipping is complimentary of course!

Yes! Yes, of course! Style Optique is, in many cases, one of the world’s only stockists of the unique, designer frames we carry and we have perfected the art of ensuring frames fit comfortably, even if you can’t try them on first. Plus, we offer complimentary shipping and a 60 day exchange policy, so you can order frames with complete confidence.

What is the average cost of your frames?

Style Optique frame pricing ranges from £200 (previous season’s collections) to £1500 (bespoke, limited edition collections), with most frames priced between £350 and £500.

What is the cost of shipping on frame orders?

Shipping is 100% complimentary on all frame orders.

What is your refund/return/exchange policy?

Should you purchase frames and, on the very rare occasion you are not 100% happy with your frames, exchanges are always welcome within 60 days of receipt, as per our standard policy. (We take extensive measures to ensure frames look fabulous and fit perfectly…and we’ve tested extensively to confidently back this claim virtually, too.)

Due to the time commitment involved with private Eyewear Styling Consultations, we do not offer refunds on the Consultation itself, however, if you purchase frames from Style Optique, there ends up being no cost for the Consultation as the session fee is applied towards your frame(s) purchase.
